What You’ll Do
Exemplify MCR’s values and set a great example by always demonstrating excellent guest service and professionalism.
Unbox, prep, and organize promotional items in preparation for gifting events. Ensure all materials are ready for smooth execution on gifting days.
Assist in setting up promotional events, ensuring giveaways, signage, and necessary equipment are in place before the event begins. This includes preparation for gifting days as well as other events like trade shows.
Perform physical tasks such as moving, unboxing, and arranging materials for gifting and promotional events, requiring the ability to lift and carry materials of up to 50 lbs.
Distribute promotional items, assist with guest registration, and answer guest questions during the event. Ensure the smooth operation of the event.
After events, help pack and store remaining materials and restore event spaces to their original state.
Ensure all promotional materials are used properly and follow event guidelines. Coordinate with other departments as necessary to facilitate event success.
Creates, maintains, and facilitates a positive and safe work environment; promotes positive team member relations and reports issues to the appropriate personnel.
Perform additional tasks as required to ensure the overall success of each event, which may include supporting different events like trade shows.
What You’ll Bring
Previous customer service or event assistance experience is preferred.
Ability to manage the intricate details involved in setting up and executing promotional and gifting events.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and adapt to the various types of events.
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, unboxing, and preparing materials. Comfortable working in physically active environments.
On-call role with shifts scheduled based on event needs, including evenings, weekends, and holiday.
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment, which may include standing, walking, and maneuvering equipment.
