Job Title: Support Visual Merchandiser (Flagship PT) – Walmart
Status: Part‑Time Employee (8‑24 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $16‑$20 per hour (based on market and experience)
Location: Walmart store (unspecified; flagships)
Overview Winston Retail is looking for a passionate and detail‑driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers. Working hands‑on in a Walmart store, you will style mannequins and displays to create a polished, trend‑forward shopping experience. This position reports to the onsite Lead Visual Merchandiser and is overseen by the Winston Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hard‑line merchandise.
Elevate all questions and concerns to the Lead Visual Merchandiser.
Work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
Ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines, demonstrating strong time‑management and accountability.
Submit store visit reports, including before‑and‑after photos and feedback, using the Winston App on a smart device.
Use a smartphone for reporting: iPhone 11 or newer (iOS) or a 2020 or newer Android device with OS no more than four versions behind the latest.
Lifting to 25 pounds and standing on feet for the entire shift.
Experience & Skills
Proven experience in apparel merchandising or related field.
Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling).
A portfolio of work is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with planograms and visual directives.
Strong eye for detail and creativity in presenting apparel displays.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
