Job Summary Region Sales Manager – responsible for managing and generating sales in the Texas Communications market. The role focuses on strategic account management for Oldcastle National Solutions OSP & Premise Enclosure business, exceeding profitable sales targets and contributing to corporate EBITDA initiatives.

Hybrid position based in Fort Worth, TX

Job Responsibilities

Generate profitable sales of polymer and plastic in the OSP & Premise communications market.

Implement sales and marketing plans to achieve long‑term business growth and annual sales goals.

Lead Independent Sales Representatives (ISR) and coordinate with Inside Sales Associates (ISA) to meet corporate growth objectives.

Ensure network coverage, monitor sales performance, and hold ISRs accountable to goals.

Manage customer relationships and drive strategic opportunities.

Communicate market changes and competitor analysis.

Provide accurate sales forecasting.

Align ISR and SAR messaging across the team.

Develop and manage profitable relationships with target accounts.

Analyze communications market trends and convey insights to upper management.

Review commercial aspects of contracts and offer guidance.

Deliver trustworthy after‑sales support.

Build long‑term customer relationships.

On‑board and cross‑train employees on market overview and key account status.

Promote company products or services to prospective clients.

Participate in collaborative business meetings to update stakeholders.

Respond to client inquiries regarding products or services.

Drive specification influence at engineering firms and end‑users; conduct sales presentations virtually and/or in person.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience.

Minimum 5 years managing an outside sales team.

Minimum 5 years experience in the communication market.

Team‑orientated mindset.

Knowledge of Outside Plant and Premise product applications.

Strong business and sales growth techniques.

Negotiation and networking skills.

Proven leadership successes.

Exceptional project management skills.

Clear verbal and written communication.

Ability to travel overnight as required (~50% of annual time).

May need to work outside normal business hours.

Will work at Oldcastle Infrastructure plant sites; PPE will be provided.
