Position Summary We are seeking a professional with strategic thinking, creative sensibility, and strong execution skills to lead the development of brand content from planning to copywriting. This role is key in a growing agency and requires both a global vision of content strategy and the ability to execute it with precise, original language aligned with each brand's identity.
The Creative Content Strategist and Creator will be responsible for designing and coordinating content calendars, generating ideas aligned with multi-channel campaigns, writing copy for various formats and platforms, and ensuring each message communicates clearly, consistently, and creatively. This person will serve as the voice behind the brands and the bridge between strategy, creativity, and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Design monthly content calendars aligned with campaign and strategic objectives.
Propose relevant content ideas adapted to current platforms (social, web, email, etc.).
Write creative copy for social media posts, advertising campaigns, brand materials, emails, video scripts, presentations, and website content.
Develop creative concepts and storytelling that genuinely connect with audiences.
Be in tune with trends and competitive landscape
Ensure all content maintains brand tone, purpose, and style.
Research cultural, technological, and consumer trends to fuel content ideas and anticipate opportunities.
Coordinate with design, social media, accounts, and production teams to ensure effective and timely execution of content.
Review and proofread content before publication to ensure quality, clarity, and consistency.
Monitor the performance of published content and adjust strategies based on results.
Actively participate in brainstorm sessions and idea presentations for both internal and client projects.
Ideal Candidate Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communication, Creative Writing, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience
2 to 3 years in advertising agencies, digital media, or content-focused brand roles.
Experience in integrated campaigns (traditional media, digital, and brand experiences).
Portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking and high-level creative writing.
Skills and Knowledge
Excellent command of Spanish and English.
Strong persuasive and creative writing skills, adaptable across formats.
Practical knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube) and digital environments.
Proficiency with organizational and content tools (Notion, Trello, Asana, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
Analytical skills to interpret results and optimize content.
Desirable: experience using AI tools for creative support.
Strategic thinking with a creative mindset.
Constant curiosity and cultural awareness.
Organization, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
