Scope As a Sr. User Experience Designer at Brightway you have an exciting opportunity to join our growing UX organization working on experiences for insurance agents, customer service advisors and Brightway customers. We are expanding our digital capabilities and maturing our design culture to fight growth and provide delightful experiences for all the humans in the ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

Initiate and drive design work without waiting the assignment.

Translate shifting business priorities and user feedback into rapid design iterations.

Conduct proactive user outreach, gathering insights, turning them into actionable recommendations.

Lead end‑to‑end design work—from discovery to high‑fidelity mock‑up, and dev‑ready specifications.

Explain & defend design decisions through data‑driven decision making.

Identify & test assumptions through experimentation.

Communicate clearly with product, engineering, and your design lead to ensure alignment and velocity.

Produce high‑quality artifacts that, reflect strong interaction design, visual polish, accessibility standards, and detailed execution.

Contribute to diment and design system.

Focus big‑picture objectives, goals, metrics of success.
