to join our dynamic team and support both in‑person and digital marketing initiatives. In this customer‑facing role, you’ll help bridge the gap between our brand and our audience — coordinating live activations, supporting community events, and ensuring consistent, engaging brand experiences. If you’re organized, outgoing, and eager to grow your marketing career, this role offers a hands‑on introduction to the fast‑paced world of brand marketing.

What You’ll Do

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, community events, and pop‑up activations.

Represent the brand at live events — engaging with customers, answering questions, and sharing product or service information.

Collaborate with internal teams to align event and marketing goals with overall brand strategy.

Assist with social media content creation, local promotions, and campaign tracking.

Manage event and marketing materials, ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints.

Collect and organize customer feedback and event insights to help improve future marketing efforts.

Contribute creative ideas for new activations and engagement strategies.

Able to lift up to 25 lbs when setting up displays or event materials.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required).

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a plus.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Passion for brand engagement, storytelling, and customer experience.
