Key Responsibilities
Influence internal clients as a clear communicator, presenting and negotiating design deliverables to align with business needs.
Provide design consultations, concepts, and comprehensive designs that meet the creative brief.
Transform client vision into innovative products, including storyboards and layouts.
Participate in creative ideation sessions and design sprints, offering client and team experiences.
Proactively engage with internal clients to present, influence and negotiate design deliverables.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
Creative digital portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and design skills.
Three‑plus years of related experience as a graphic designer.
Experience in a fast‑paced, matrixed agency or in‑house team, developing a range of creative initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat).
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Workfront.
Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Mural or Miro.
Experience working in a virtual environment with flexibility for hybrid work.
Ideal Qualifications

Problem‑solving skills to identify, resolve, and overcome obstacles.
