Responsibilities

Create visually compelling pitch decks, proposals, and commercial presentations.

Develop design assets for partnership activations, signage, social extensions, and events.

Work with Partnerships, Brand, and Creative teams to align creative direction.

Maintain brand consistency across all partner touchpoints.

Support concepting for new partnership opportunities and co‑branded campaigns.

Deliver high-quality design quickly in a fast‑moving environment.

Design branded assets for internal and external usage to support the wider brand strategy and partner activations.

Continuously contribute creative ideas to help build and shape our identity.

Work at various race weekends may be required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

Previous Graphic Design experience with a demonstrable portfolio.

Prior motorsport experience is essential.

Proven experience designing and producing digital and print graphics with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.

Strong knowledge of Adobe CS software, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro, and After Effects.

Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint and Word).

Insightful and up to date with latest design trends and technology.

Comfortable working in high‑pressure environments with excellent time‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.

U.S. export control restrictions apply; candidates must either be a U.S. Person or a non‑U.S. Person who is eligible to obtain any required export control authorization.
