Job Overview We are seeking energetic sales representatives who want to sell dreams and live in a positive, customer‑focused environment. Leads are pre‑qualified and no cold‑calling or out‑of‑pocket expense is required. This is a full‑time role based in Leavenworth, WA.
Responsibilities
Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure Co.
Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers.
Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines.
Support sales by establishing rapport, listening, and sharing the benefits of our product.
Attend scheduled training sessions, department meetings, stay current on position information and industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly, and annually.
Articulate the benefits of vacationing with Travel + Leisure Co. and link product benefits to the customer’s vacation goals.
Demonstrate and maintain a positive and professional attitude in a high‑energy environment.
Minimum Requirements and Qualifications
Sales and/or marketing experience preferred, but not required (paid training provided).
Strong customer‑service skills.
Ability to work a day shift and weekend availability.
Must be able to commute to Leavenworth, WA 98826 and relocate before starting work.
Compensation During the initial training period the hourly wage is $16.66 plus commissions and bonuses. After training, compensation is the state’s minimum wage ($16.66 per hour) plus commissions and bonuses. The target annual compensation for this role is $75,000, comprising hourly pay, per‑transaction payouts, and the opportunity for a monthly transaction bonus. Top performers may earn up to $250,000+ based on production requirements.
