Develops data-driven communication and marketing strategies that enhance the El Paso County Hospital District’s visibility, community engagement, and market growth. Analyzes market conditions, historic district spending patterns, and strategic opportunities to guide marketing investments and ensure alignment with the District’s mission, service lines, and long‑term strategic objectives. Leads efforts to understand and respond to community and customer needs, ensuring that communications and outreach initiatives are guided by robust market insights and data.
Work Experience
Seven years of management experience in strategic communications, marketing management, or business strategy required, preferably within a healthcare or public sector environment. License/Registration/Certification
None Education and Training
Master’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, healthcare administration, public administration, or a related field required. Skills
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills. Expertise in budget management, market research, and data interpretation. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of healthcare marketing and community engagement best practices. Not the right fit?
