Graphic Designer (Part-Time/Internship) Location:

Onsite – 310 Evergreen Road, Louisville, KY, 40243

Shift:

Flexible schedule, 15–25 hours per week, Monday through Friday (specific days/times to be determined based on business needs and candidate availability)

Position Summary We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position is open to both experienced designers seeking flexible part-time work and college students looking for hands‑on internship experience. The Graphic Designer will support our marketing and communications efforts by creating visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects including marketing campaigns, internal communications, website assets, and corporate events while building a strong portfolio in a professional B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing materials including brochures, one‑pagers, presentations, case studies, and sales collateral

Create engaging digital assets for social media, email campaigns, web banners, and online advertising

Develop internal communications graphics, employee newsletters, announcements, intranet content, and presentations

Design event materials including signage, invitations, programs, and promotional items

Support website updates with graphics, icons, and visual content that enhance user experience

Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications and adhere to brand guidelines

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to understand project objectives and requirements

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Prepare files for print and digital production

Stay current with design trends and recommend creative approaches to visual communications

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute to innovative ideas

Organize and maintain digital asset library

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or related program or Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) required

2+ years of professional graphic design experience preferred

Completed coursework in graphic design fundamentals

Portfolio demonstrating design skills and creative potential

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout

Ability to translate concepts and feedback into polished visual designs

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent communication skills and responsiveness to feedback

Experience with Canva, Figma, or other design tools a plus

Knowledge of web design principles and basic HTML/CSS a plus

Experience in B2B or technology sectors a plus

Compensation Competitive hourly rate based on experience and education level
