Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time

As a franchise manufacturer and builder, we specialize in passive home designs, repeatable systems, and high-efficiency construction. We’re looking for a Practical Design Draftsman who’s not just skilled in Revit, but who understands how homes actually come together in the real world.
Have you ever completed a 3D model? Built a home from the ground up? Navigated the maze of residential building codes and permits? If so, you’ll feel right at home here.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate on concept studies, design development, and architectural research
Use Revit for 3D modeling, drafting, and visualization
Create technical drawings and plans based on architectural and engineering specifications
Participate in 3D printing and physical model making to explore and test design ideas
Engage in hands‑on fabrication—working with materials to build prototypes and presentation models
Work closely with architects, engineers, and builders to refine project details and manufacturing techniques
Maintain organized relationships between models and drawing files
Ensure all drawings meet residential building codes, regulations, and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
Extensive
experience using Revit for residential design and documentation
Strong understanding of residential building codes and permitting processes
Practical construction
experience—whether through remodels, new builds, or field work
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and BIM workflows
Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite
Detail‑oriented with a passion for high‑quality craftsmanship
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently or in a small team
Basic knowledge of materials, structural principles, and
how things go together on‑site
