Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Associate will support the Product Marketing team in developing and executing materials that position Spring Health as the most compelling mental health solution on the market. This is a hybrid position based in New York City and part of the Product Marketing team.
What You’ll Be Doing
Help deliver full customer lifecycle materials—from pitch to renewal
Assist with product and feature launch content and training materials
Support the development of case study content and other storytelling assets
Help develop new product demos and visual aids
Maintain internal playbooks and PMM team resources to drive consistency
Explore and prototype new ways to use AI and LLMs in marketing workflows
What Success Looks Like
Meet deadlines for assigned deliverables consistently
Keep projects and assets organized and easily accessible
Communicate clearly and proactively with cross‑functional stakeholders
Contribute to successful product and feature launches
Deliver accurate, high‑quality content that reflects our messaging strategy
Qualifications Required:
1–2 years of experience in marketing, psychology, mental or behavioral health, consulting, employee benefits, or other related fields
Strong communication, writing, and organization skills
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing across different types of PMM projects
Preferred:
Experience in mental or behavioral health
Exposure to or experience with product marketing
Familiarity with tools like Google Slides, Figma, or similar
The target base salary range for this position is $88,600 – $101,890 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using the
Radford Global Compensation Database
at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
