What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and implement email and mobile marketing strategies, including campaign calendars and performance tracking
Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deploy targeted campaigns for newsletters and fundraising initiatives
Maintain and update email templates, and create assets using Adobe Photoshop
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of email and mobile assets
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, Marketing, Advertising, or Information Technology
4–5 years of digital writing/editing experience
2–3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including proficiency in Content Builder and Journey Builder
Strong writing and editing skills aligned with AP Style
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with Contact Builder and Automation Studio in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Familiarity with Adobe Analytics
Basic HTML knowledge; experience with Dreamweaver is a plus
Positive social media presence and willingness to learn new tools quickly
Experience in email platform management systems and project coordination
