Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc. (TNP) is an engineering and design consulting firm serving clients throughout Texas. Our Marketing team has an immediate opening for a full‑time Graphic Designer in our Fort Worth office. The successful candidate will be integral to the continued success of the company, with significant opportunities to support and enhance how TNP presents itself across a wide array of marketing materials and mediums. This graphic design role is critical to the support and expansion of the company's branding and marketing efforts.

As Graphic Designer, you will work with a diverse, highly‑creative group of professionals to create materials for proposals, marketing collateral, conferences, social media, and other internal and external projects. Through collaboration with Marketing staff and other key firm personnel, you will be responsible for the design and development of creative content consistent with our corporate brand.

We are looking for a naturally engaging storyteller who can take technical concepts and translate them into impactful, accessible visuals that demonstrate TNP's identity and value to clients, the public, and our employees.

Candidates will be asked to submit a portfolio of sample work as part of the interview process. Portfolios demonstrating conceptual thinking and strong graphics skills will be given prime consideration.

Responsibilities

Work with marketing and technical staff to conceptualize graphics for proposals and other efforts

Develop graphics for proposals and presentations, including covers/tabs, renderings, and specialty imagery

Create layouts for proposals, resumes, and project sheets

Create custom iconography and marketing materials for projects (internal and external)

Support and enhance existing branding for marketing materials, including collateral, presentations, brochures, templates, website, social media, print, and digital pieces

Uphold and enhance our Brand Standards

Assist with the continued development of the TNP brand identity

Other projects and duties as assigned

Requirements Education/Certification

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communication, or other design-related fields

Applicants must have a valid driver's license

Professional Requirements

2-5 years of graphic design experience preferred

Previous experience working in a professional environment. (Previous experience at an A/E/C firm and/or with marketing teams is preferred but not required)

Strong design sense and vision

Ability to communicate brand voice through graphics & visuals

Understanding of brand standards and guidelines

Ability to meet hard deadlines and create, communicate, and manage a revision schedule to do so

Ability to creatively transfer complex technical concepts into easily-understood visuals

High level of proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop

High level of proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office 365 applications

Experience creating/editing in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar is a plus

Thorough understanding of typography, layout, color, and all other elements of design

Moderate photography skills a plus but not required

Responsive and results‑oriented service to staff

Ability to manage and schedule work to meet objectives & deadlines
