This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic marketing and business development team. The Marketing Technology Lead Specialist will have primary responsibility for managing Foundation, the firm’s experience database, and relevant experience data.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day administrator of Foundation, responsible for implementing global changes and maintaining the database, and ensuring that the firm is leveraging Foundation’s functionality.

Define projects to enhance existing data, refine workflows, and create operational efficiencies.

Monitor integrations to ensure accurate data.

Identify opportunities to leverage automation across firm systems.

Collaborate with the Business Development team on experience used in pitch materials, crafting thorough matter narratives, designing and exporting pitch materials, and researching clients and matters to profile and tag matters.

Design useful reports for the business development team.

Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Technology Operations Manager to oversee the vendor relationship to develop and execute product enhancements.

Collaborate with other members of the marketing technology team and the firm’s finance team to ensure that data from related marketing and firm systems is accurately organized, including with the firm’s CRM system, as well as the firm’s time and billing system.

Qualifications

Experience: 5+ years of relevant law firm experience working with experience management databases (preferably Foundation).

Highly motivated and proactive self-starter; highly organized team-player with exceptional attention to detail.

Exceptionally strong technical skills.

Exceptional project management skills.

Ability to solve technical issues independently and head off potential technical issues proactively.

Experience documenting key processes, workflows and data mapping.

Ability to train others on proper use of Foundation.

Experience performing data analysis.

CRM, email marketing / marketing automation systems a plus.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.

Strong legal business development acumen.

Ability to address competing priorities while maintaining collaborative working relationships across teams.

Salary range based on experience level and location is estimated to be in the range of $95,000-$115,000.
