Position Overview

We are currently seeking a Senior Marketing Design Specialist to play a key role in supporting Greater Iowa Credit Union's marketing efforts through the creation of high-quality visual and multimedia content. This position collaborates closely with the marketing team to produce engaging designs for print, digital, and video platforms that align with brand standards and campaign goals. Aligned with the overall strategic objectives of the organization, this role will collaborate with key stakeholders to build and deliver compelling marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, measure campaign performance, and look for campaign optimizations through data analysis and customer insights. Location & Hours

Location: 1509 Baltimore Drive, Ames, IA 50010 Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Essential Functions And Responsibilities

Delivers creative visual and content solutions to support marketing objectives, drive business, and achieve goals. Create workflow and execution for omni-channel content including print assets and digital assets such as social media, campaigns, website, and other content. Collaborates with the marketing team to develop brand strategy and creative assets for campaigns, promotions, and programs. Participates in project briefings to understand goals, audiences, and messaging, and delivers design solutions that meet objectives and timelines. Captures and edits multimedia content including photography and video for use in marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, and events. Supports video production needs such as filming, editing, and formatting for various platforms. Analyzes and interprets campaign results to develop insights and make recommendations for optimization to improve future campaign and sales performance. Promotes data driven decision-making by conducting research on membership segments, demographics, industry and market trends. Collaborates with marketing team to strategize, execute and monitor campaigns. Coordinates with internal teams and external vendors including advertising agencies, print vendors, and production partners to ensure timely delivery and quality execution of design projects. Reviews proofs and samples to ensure alignment with specifications and brand standards. Performs other duties as assigned. Knowledge And Skills

Experience: Five years to eight years of similar or related experience. Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film and/or Graphic/Marketing Design. Interpersonal Skills

Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Other Skills

Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. Excellent analytical skills. Demonstrated design, video editing, digital animation, and basic web design skills. Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to affect change. Proficient in standard office software and graphic design/publishing applications including Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Familiar with website Content Management System (CMS). Physical Requirements
