Responsibilities
Kick off the day with a team meeting to discuss ongoing projects, brainstorm upcoming campaigns, and share updates.
Enhance knowledge by participating in webinars and staying informed about current initiatives and best practices.
Collaborate closely with multiple departments to gather essential information for newsletters and email campaigns, ensuring all content remains accurate and aligned with organizational goals.
Collect compelling stories from members and distribute them across social media platforms.
Review the performance of active campaigns, providing insights to refine future strategies and ensure continuous improvement of marketing and communication efforts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
Proficiency in email marketing and familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or willingness to learn.
Experience with website content management systems such as Adobe Experience Manager (or similar).
Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data related to email and website performance.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, enabling clear content creation and effective collaboration across teams.
Detail‑oriented with robust organizational abilities to manage multiple projects.
Adaptability and eagerness to learn new technologies.

Ability to work from and travel within the council's jurisdiction.
