Marketing Coordinator: Full-Time Celebrating over 40 years in business, Saf‑Gard Safety Shoe Company and its sister companies, SR Max Slip Resistant Shoes and Optikus Eye Protection Partners, develop and implement comprehensive safety programs for a wide range of industries—from grocery stores and restaurants to large industrial, government, and service organizations. Our focus is on providing exceptional service and leveraging the latest technologies to enhance our customers' experience. We offer top footwear brands such as Timberland PRO, Dr. Martens, Reebok, Skechers, and HOKA, along with innovative eye protection solutions through Optikus.

We are seeking a full‑time Marketing Coordinator with 1–2 years of experience to join our team. Reporting directly to the Communications Specialist, this role will support the alignment of events and initiatives with the company's messaging, branding, and outreach objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will plan, organize, and execute the logistics of trade shows and conferences across all company divisions, assist with review monitoring and responses, promotion logistics, and other tasks as delegated. The role also involves collaborating closely with external vendors to ensure smooth and successful execution of marketing activities. This is a 40‑hour per week position with full benefits.

Responsibilities

Organize and maintain all trade show assets, including tracking documents and organizational documents.

Register for all trade shows and conferences.

Complete/update company profiles on trade show/conference sites.

Send trade show order forms to sales teams and manage communications with them.

Coordinate with the Fulfillment Coordinator to secure print marketing materials for each show.

Track move‑in and move‑out dates for every show and conference.

Prepare and ship promotional materials, product samples, and show displays.

Be on call for questions during all shows.

Schedule FedEx pick‑ups for booth materials, track shipment progress, and troubleshoot missing items.

Receive and organize returned booth materials at the SR Max Corporate Office, inspecting items for cleanliness and condition; communicate any items that require reordering, replacement, or cleaning.

Monitor and respond to company reviews across all platforms daily.

Assist with organizing and planning logistics of company promotions.

Maintain regular communication with the Communications Specialist.

Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Proven ability to manage high‑volume tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

Competency working within required technology platforms; experience with Basecamp and Salesforce is a plus.

Ability to set up and take down retractable banners and similar display equipment.

Ability to lift and carry materials up to 60 lbs.

Ability to bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed.

Copywriting experience or samples for review management is a plus.

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or related field.

Must be able to come into the Greensboro office each Tuesday (required team office day) and various additional days as needed.

Compensation Salary: $50,000.00–$58,000.00 per year
