Demand Generation Social Media Coordinator
to support social media marketing programs to generate qualified leads and drive measurable growth. This is a highly collaborative role that blends project management, campaign execution, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will be detail‑oriented, analytical, proactive, and eager to learn and grow within a global organization.
This is a virtual position, with preference given to candidates on the East Coast.

What The Day Will Look Like
Support the planning, execution, and reporting of integrated demand generation campaigns.
Coordinate campaign deliverables including briefs, creative assets, tracking links, and landing pages.
Partner with Marketing Strategy teams to align campaigns with business priorities.
Track and analyze performance metrics such as clicks, leads and purchases.
Ensure accessibility and inclusivity are considered in all creative outputs.
Compile and analyze data and assets to create comprehensive monthly reports for each business unit, ensuring accuracy and clarity in presenting key insights and performance metrics.
Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing coordination, demand generation marketing, social media or campaign support. Earlier career is welcome to apply.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and recommend optimizations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Education
College degree is preferred.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $65,000 to $80,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
