Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is looking for a Graphic Production Designer to support our design and marketing team. Willkie is an elite international law firm of approximately 1,300 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries.

This role will be responsible for the creation of cohesive, on-brand marketing materials across diverse media and platforms. The ideal candidate will contribute original design ideas, maintain a strong attention to detail, and continuously grow their skills while collaborating with the marketing team to ensure consistent representation of the brand across all internal and external communications. Responsibilities

Create and refine visual materials across digital and print channels, including presentations, client communications, marketing collateral, event materials, and social media assets

Ensure design accuracy, brand consistency, and technical precision across all deliverables, from concept through final production

Prepare production-ready files and ensure all assets meet specifications for both print and digital distribution

Collaborate closely with senior designers, marketing, and communications teams to support firm-wide initiatives and campaigns

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions and assist in translating strategic objectives into effective visual solutions

Recommend thoughtful design alternatives that address project goals and enhance overall communication effectiveness

Stay current on design best practices and emerging trends to help maintain a modern, cohesive visual identity for the firm

Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-3 years of professional experience in graphic/communication design

Strong brand and communication design skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft 365; Canva, Ceros, Figma, with expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and strong presentation design skills

Solid foundation in core design principles (ex: typography, color, layout, hierarchy); knowledge of print production and digital design best practices

Strong time management and multitasking abilities

Problem-solving aptitude and proactive approach

Self-motivated with the ability to work collaboratively

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of and interest in current design and marketing trends

Portfolio will be requested and is required as part of the application process

ADA Requirements

Ability to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances

Needs manual dexterity, speed and accuracy in handling office equipment

Ability to work efficiently and accurately in an atmosphere of frequent interruption

Ability to work in close proximity to other individuals

Ability to carry light objects, e.g., files, small objects and supplies a short distance.

Must be able to lift, carry and move objects up to 25 lbs.

Pay Range USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.

Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
