Base Pay Range $80,000 - $90,000 per year

Job Details As a Construction Marketing Coordinator, you will shape the face of our company. Your responsibilities include creating and executing marketing strategies, developing proposals and presentations, maintaining the CRM, designing marketing collateral, enforcing brand standards, and coordinating events. You will work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Prepare and produce responses to RFQ/RFPs, SOQs, AIA A305 forms, and pre‑qualification questionnaires.
Oversee content creation, design, and data gathering for proposals and qualifications.
Create informational graphics and presentation materials.
Lead the development of marketing and sales documents.
Create and design marketing collateral to support sales and business development efforts.
Maintain information in the CRM system and produce marketing reports.
Enforce and develop company brand standards and guidelines.
Coordinate events related to projects, sponsorships, fundraisers, golf tournaments, conferences, trade shows, and meetings.
Provide administrative support to the marketing department.
Maintain inventory of photography, graphics, and marketing archive files.
Perform other tasks and duties as needed.
Qualifications
Degree in Marketing or a related field.
3+ years of marketing experience, preferably with an architectural, engineering, construction, or professional services firm.
Outstanding design skills and in‑depth understanding of graphic design.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create industry‑focused content.
Ability to work autonomously to produce polished, professional products.
Skilled in building effective relationships with frontline, client‑facing professionals and support staff colleagues.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office.
Demonstrable initiative, creativity, flexibility, and persistence.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented, collaborative, deadline‑driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including diplomacy and discretion.
