We are seeking a BIM Designer/CAD Drafter with a minimum of 4 years of experience to join our growing West Region Mechanical Team focused on MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) projects. This role will be based out of any of our Southern California offices.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self‑motivated and talented individual with Revit and AutoCAD experience. You will gain experience and develop skills while working in a team environment and being mentored by Senior Design Engineers. Work will focus primarily on the development of 3D models and project deliverables consisting of 2D contract documents, utilizing both Revit and AutoCAD, for Mechanical design.
Role Accountabilities
Support the production of project BIM/CAD deliverables including Revit models and drawings that are accurate, clear, and concise and compliant with Arcadis, industry and national standards and codes of practice.
Provide support to the mechanical project team in delivering design and engineering projects, working collaboratively with other design disciplines to ensure model integrity and inter‑discipline coordination.
Manage electronic documentation such as drawing registers and issue documents through online collaboration platforms.
Complete assigned BIM/CAD tasks within budget and deadlines as directed by senior staff and assist with field assignments when required, which may involve occasional travel.

Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction or consulting related to mechanical design projects.
Associate degree in Construction Technology, Construction Management, or a related field of study or experience.
Understanding of BIM workflows, LOD standards, and coordination practices.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (2022 or newer).
Knowledge of AutoCAD (2022 or newer).
Salary and Benefits The salary range for this position is
$66,454
–
$106,326 . Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
