Creative Operations Specialist – Media & Performance Focus

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to help bring media campaigns to life. In this role, you’ll work closely with media strategists, buyers, and creative teams to ensure campaign assets are built correctly, meet platform specs, and
drive performance across paid social, display, programmatic, and search channels.
The ideal candidate is a critical thinker who understands
why
campaigns work the way they do and can translate that into actionable creative execution.
What You’ll Do
Collaborate with media teams to translate campaign plans into clear creative requirements for TikTok, Meta, Google, programmatic, and display channels
Review and QA creative assets to ensure accuracy, correct formats, and adherence to specs
Maintain organized asset libraries, versioning, and documentation for all campaigns
Partner with creative teams to provide guidance on best practices for media-specific assets
Support campaign optimization by understanding performance trends and helping refine creative strategies
Act as a bridge between media, creative, and other stakeholders to keep campaigns running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in media operations, performance marketing, or creative operations supporting media campaigns
Familiarity with paid social, TikTok, Meta, Google, programmatic, and display
Experience at an agency (OMD or similar) a plus
Strong understanding of creative specs, file formats, and campaign asset requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
Critical thinker with a performance-driven mindset
Bonus
Experience across earned, owned, and paid social channels
