About the Role Join a globally recognized engineering firm at the forefront of digital infrastructure design. We are hiring two BIM Designers to support high-impact public works projects across New York City. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to transformative infrastructure initiatives.
Role Overview As a BIM Designer, you will develop and manage 3D models and 2D drawings, support BIM workflows, and assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs. You’ll work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure design accuracy and digital delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings using Bentley and Autodesk platforms
Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure design precision
Support BIM workflows across multidisciplinary teams
Assist with visualizations, clash detection, and quantity take-offs
Ensure model integrity and version control throughout the project lifecycle
Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute to digital delivery strategies
Qualifications
Proficiency in OpenRoads, MicroStation, Bentley, Revit, and AutoCAD
Strong understanding of BIM principles and digital design workflows
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Experience Levels
Mid-Level: 2–4 years of experience
Senior-Level: 6+ years of experience + Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology, Drafting, or related field
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule based in NYC
Fast-paced, collaborative setting with exposure to advanced technologies

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.

Performance-Based Incentives
– Short-Term Incentives (STI) and Long-Term Incentives (LTI) tied to both financial and non-financial performance. Executives may receive up to 200% of base salary in variable pay depending on performance and strategic impact. Extraordinary incentive options may be granted during transformational projects or key recruitment efforts.
