Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience developing, editing, and managing technical documentation within the DoD
Experience producing and maintaining documentation such as CONOPS, SOPs, RMF artifacts, and technical manuals
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and collaborative documentation tools such as Confluence or SharePoint
Experience with configuration management processes and version control systems such as Git, Jira, or Confluence
Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT terminology to support cyber programs
Ability to collaborate with engineers, analysts, and leadership to ensure clarity and accuracy in deliverables
Ability to organize complex technical information into clear, concise, and audience‑appropriate content
TS/SCI clearance
HS diploma or GED
DoD 8140 baseline Level II Certification such as Security+, CySA+, CISSP, or DoD Cyber Workforce Framework Certification
Additional Qualifications
Experience supporting Air Force cyber units or enterprise knowledge initiatives
Experience implementing knowledge‑capture processes for lessons learned, TTPs, and best‑practice libraries
Knowledge of data‑lifecycle management and cross‑domain information‑sharing solutions
Bachelor’s degree
SAFe Agile, ITIL Foundation, or Knowledge‑Centered Service (KCS) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract‑specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
