Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Marketing Director role. The Marketing Director will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all marketing initiatives to drive company growth. This includes managing paid advertising campaigns, social media strategy and content, email marketing campaigns, and content creation for conferences, events, and partner presentations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing strategic marketing plans, managing and optimizing direct-response marketing funnels, running split tests, improving landing page performance, analyzing data to guide decision-making, and collaborating cross-functionally to align sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns (Google, Meta, programmatic, etc.)
• Oversee the creation, scheduling, and performance of social media content
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automated flows
• Lead split testing, conversion optimization, and direct-response marketing strategies
• Improve landing pages and funnels through data analysis and experimentation
• Produce and assist with content for conferences, trade shows, decks, and partner materials
• Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis
• Build comprehensive marketing plans and performance reports
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and sales teams to align initiatives and messaging

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Marketing Management, strategic planning, and performance marketing
• Proficiency in paid media, direct-response funnels, split testing, and analytic tools
• Experience overseeing social media, email marketing, and multi-channel campaigns
• Ability to create and manage conference/event marketing materials
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration abilities
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (advanced degree/certifications a plus)
• Track record of driving successful marketing initiatives in a tech-driven or disruptive industry is highly preferred
