Core Responsibilities
- Establish an overall strategic marketing plan in furtherance of the Credit Union strategic objectives;
- Develop a budget for the marketing plan consistent with the strategic objectives of the Credit Union and coordinate all efforts for development within the budget;
- Develop and maintain an advertising and public relations campaigns achievable within the marketing budget;
- Monitor competitor activities and PR opportunities within the Credit Union various publics to assess potential impact on the community and our members, to gain ideas and keep the Credit Union ahead of the competition in product offerings and community involvement;
- Build and maintain community and industry contacts to monitor the impact of external influences on the Credit Union and to help further the strategic objectives of the Credit Union;
- Facilitate business development through research, communications with current contacts, development of new contacts and support to related member groups and/or associations;
- Measure effectiveness of advertising, promotional and public relations programs;
- Develop and maintain sales and marketing support databases that track existing membership and promotional products, and new members gained through promotional activities;
- Attend senior staff and committee meetings with information and recommendations for products, services and pricing;
- Assure consistent external communications to existing and potential members through relationships with outside advertising, marketing vendors and news media;
- Assure the integrity and accuracy of all advertising and promotional campaigns or media exposures and that advertising or promotional campaigns are before the public in a timely manner;
- Receive and gauge member feedback on advertising and promotional campaigns;
- Plan or assist with the preparation and successful communication, promotion and advertising of all community sponsored activities including parades, festivals and educational programs;
- Hire, train, guide and mentor all subordinate department personnel; perform performance evaluations at least annually, and recommend salary increases in compliance with established Credit Union policy and procedure;
- Provide superior customer service through established Credit Union Service Standards;
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing;
- Minimum 5 years experience in Senior Level Marketing Management or management in a financial institution or a service-related industry with a record of successful, measurable accomplishments
- Ability to speak, read and write effectively in Polish and to accurately translate promotional or media materials from English to Polish and from Polish to English;
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
Pay: $87,610.69 - $171,709.16 per year
