Overview
Growth Marketer - VIP is seeking an experienced marketer to join our Marketing Team. The ideal candidate will be analytical and creative—someone who can build campaigns from scratch, optimize them with data, and collaborate across teams to drive measurable results. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you’ll drive demand generation and own the strategic execution of multi-channel marketing programs that attract, convert, and retain customers. This role will be a key player in scaling our inbound and outbound efforts through digital campaigns, website optimization and email automation (HubSpot). This role is not responsible for people management.
Position Type: Full Time, Hybrid - will be required to report to our office in Colchester, VT
Starting Pay Range: $75,000 - $80,000
Responsibilities
Influence and execute full-funnel demand generation strategies for multiple audience segments
Turn campaign planning and calendar scheduling across digital, email, website, and events
Digital Campaigns
Launch and optimize integrated digital marketing campaigns (paid social, search, retargeting, display, account-based etc.)
Partner with content and design to create compelling assets that drive engagement and conversions
Marketing Automation (HubSpot)
Build, manage, and optimize automated email workflows and nurture streams
Segment and maintain marketing lists for personalized communications
Monitor campaign performance and iterate based on insights
Website Management
Own and optimize the marketing website to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions
Collaborate with design/dev teams to update content and launch landing pages
Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and HubSpot to drive data-informed decisions
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and pipeline impact
Develop dashboards and KPIs to communicate marketing ROI to stakeholders
Track against budgets to ensure spend is efficient and effective
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
10+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with a focus on demand gen/growth
Experience marketing to multiple personas, audience segments, and products within a suite
Proficient in all things HubSpot
Strong understanding of digital channels including SEO, AEO, and SEM
Experience managing or collaborating on website optimization and conversion strategy
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Data-driven with a strong grasp of funnel metrics, attribution, budgeting, and reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Hubspot Account-based marketing, and Hubspot AI functionality
Familiarity with sales enablement or partner marketing
Familiarity with Wordpress or Stripe
