Base pay range $29.00/hr - $29.00/hr Title: Temporary Global Influencer Assistant Industry: Fashion & Entertainment Location: New York, NY Duration: ASAP – TBD Responsibilities Assist with global influencer recap reports using the social monitoring platform. Work with the influencer team on global seeding and gifting initiatives, including packaging and shipping. Maintain and update the global influencer contact list. Lead expense reporting for the talent team. Manage the invoice process, setting up new vendors and providing updates to vendors inquiring about payment. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role. Highly motivated and shows initiative. Strong organizational and time management skills. Experience with administrative tasks (invoicing, expense reporting, travel, etc). Knowledge of influencer, entertainment, fashion industry and social media channels.
