The Role: Enterprise Producer
As a Producer on the Enterprise Team , you’ll be the engine behind our most complex and high-profile video projects. You're equal parts project manager, client liaison, and production quarterback—making sure everything runs like clockwork, from pre-production to post. Your ability to create calm amidst the chaos and deliver an exceptional client experience is what sets you apart.

Project Management
Project Master: Build and manage comprehensive production timelines and key project data using tools like Monday.com and our proprietary platforms.
Stakeholder Coordinator: Ensure all stakeholders are kept in the loop with real-time updates, links, and deliverables.
Timeline Champion: Proactively manage milestones and deliverables, ensuring expectations are realistic and met.
Process Expert: Execute the Lemonlight process from end to end—identify red flags early and elevate when needed.
On-Set Production Handoff
Prep Pro: Craft detailed call sheets and set notes so clients and crews show up fully aligned.
Pre-Production Lead: Host clear and decisive pre-pro meetings to align creative and logistical details with client goals.
Client Management
Client Advocate: Build trust through transparency, accountability, and clear communication.
Emotional Intelligence: Read the room, manage expectations, and diplomatically guide clients to the best creative and logistical outcomes.
Client Guide: Set realistic paths and help clients make decisions that support their objectives—even if it means saying no the right way.
Creative Collaborator: Work seamlessly with Creative Producers, Editors, and On-Set Crews to ensure everyone is executing on the same vision, within scope and on time.
Organized & Detail-Oriented: You love keeping things on track, on time, and on brand.
Production-Savvy: You’ve got a solid understanding of the production process and can speak the language of creatives, clients, and vendors alike.
Client-First Mentality: You know how to nurture relationships and deliver a five-star experience.
Cool Under Pressure: You stay level‑headed, even when things get hectic.
Clear Communicator: Whether it’s a text, a Zoom call, or a client email, you know how to keep everyone in sync.
