Role Overview
As our Senior Media Buyer, you’re the one driving the paid traffic engine. Your days will be a mix of strategy, testing, optimization, creative collaboration, and trend‑spotting. You'll manage multi‑channel campaigns for medical and wellness brands nationwide, run offers ranging from low‑ticket lead magnets to $5K–$20K+ programs, and plug directly into our AI‑powered ecosystem to launch, scale, and refine high‑performing campaigns. This isn’t a “set and forget” role. It’s a “test, measure, adjust, dominate” role.
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute full‑funnel paid media strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Analyze performance patterns with a surgeon’s precision and optimize toward cost per result, ROAS, and long‑term growth
- Work alongside our creative team to produce scroll‑stopping ads for doctors, clinics, and wellness brands
- Collaborate with our AI automations team to integrate tracking, workflows, and performance feedback loops
- Maintain strong vendor and platform relationships
- Prepare clear, data‑backed reports for internal and client‑facing conversations
- Identify breakout opportunities, trends, and performance gaps before anyone else sees them
Requirements
- Proven experience managing meaningful ad spend across Meta and Google (YouTube experience is a bonus)
- Strong media planning and buying background, especially with direct‑response and lead gen
- Deep analytical instincts with the ability to turn data into smart decisions
- Familiarity with health, wellness, medical, or coaching industries is a major plus
- Experience working with landing pages, funnels, and conversion‑focused creative
- Ability to collaborate with copywriters, designers, AI teams, and strategists
- Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining complex ideas simply
- Knowledge of media‑buying tools, tracking systems, and pixel/server‑side configurations
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred but not required
