This is a collaborative effort and you'll work closely with the owner! This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to have major, measurable impact on a young, growing business. There's a whole lot of skeletons in the closet and we're looking for someone who will help us set the industry straight.
Qualifications
- Creates content built to convert on Meta Ads—not for vanity views. Understands the goal is booked appointments.
- Raw, Proof-Driven Creative Style
- Comfortable making raw, unpolished, trust-building content that breaks false beliefs and shows real proof (don't worry we'll talk about the false beliefs of our industry later).
- Full‑Cycle Content Production
- Can ideate, shoot, edit, and deliver short‑form (and simple long‑form) video.
- Not just a task‑doer. Comfortable brainstorming, testing, and improving based on feedback.
- Uses AI as a Tool (not a crutch)
- Leverages AI for speed, not for creativity. Can generate original ideas on their own.
- Understands Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and what actually gets attention on each.
- Collaborative + Iterative
- Comfortable brainstorming, testing, and improving based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Make short‑form videos (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) using your phone.
- Come up with ideas and hooks for each video (we’ll collaborate/ideate together).
- Film clips and edit them in CapCut or editor of your choice/preference.
- Create multiple versions of videos to see what performs best.
- Upload content to our shared folders and follow a simple posting plan for social (we will take care of running paid ads).
- Join a short weekly check‑in to review what worked and plan new ideas.
- Help build a library of videos we can run as ads to book more appointments.
