Major, Lindsey & Africa’s client has an immediate need for a part-time Interim Marketing/Advertising Paralegal.

Overview

Our client is seeking a part‑time Interim Marketing/Advertising Paralegal.

Company

Food and beverage.

Experience

Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Location

Remote.

Responsibilities Include

• Review marketing agreements, including influencer and agency agreements.
• Collaborate with legal team to ensure marketing claims on products are compliant with legal requirements and FTC regulations.
• Validate marketing claims on products, promotional materials, and labels.
• Support regulatory work: review labels for compliance with FDA and other regulations.
• Support R&D and QA teams with regulatory compliance.
• Other legal support as needed.

Qualifications Include

• 5+ years of relevant experience as a marketing/advertising paralegal.
• Regulatory, labeling, food safety experience is a plus.
• Food or beverage experience is a plus.

Pay Range: $50‑60/hour.
