As a Content Designer, you will craft compelling and user-centered copy that enhances the experience of digital advertising platforms. You will play a key role in shaping clear, actionable messaging for both product interfaces and consumer-facing ad formats, ensuring consistency across diverse audiences and global markets. This role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop content strategies, systematize language standards, and optimize communication across design and business functions. You will analyze user needs, create persuasive copy, and contribute to the evolution of content systems, while applying accessibility, inclusivity, and UX principles. Accountabilities:
- Write clear, concise, and actionable UX copy and microcopy for advertising interfaces and consumer-facing products.
- Adapt content for different audiences, contexts, and communication channels while applying style guides and content standards.
- Develop wireframes, user journeys, and prototypes to illustrate content flow and design intent.
- Conduct content audits, identify opportunities for improvement, and plan A/B tests to evaluate effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with product goals, design frameworks, and business objectives.
- Apply accessibility and inclusivity principles to all content outputs.
- Facilitate workshops, provide stakeholder guidance, and communicate ideas clearly while incorporating feedback.
- 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, technical writing, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating content design skills.
- Experience in digital advertising or working on ad platforms is preferred.
- Strong interest in AI and emerging technologies in advertising.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language.
- Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
- Highly collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.
