3D Production Artist – Apparel

Our client is seeking a highly detail-oriented and self-driven 3D Production Artist to support a fast-paced apparel design environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, communicates clearly, and brings a balance of creative problem-solving, organizational precision, and technical expertise. This role is perfect for someone who can independently manage high-volume production work while collaborating seamlessly with a dynamic design team.

This role is a hybrid model working in Beaverton, Oregon.

3D Production Artist – Apparel Responsibilities

• Execute production-ready 2D/3D graphic files with accuracy, speed, and consistency.
• Create detailed schematics, laydown pages, and documentation for downstream partners.
• Manage and maintain all production files, updates, and approvals across multiple projects.
• Partner with design teams to finalize graphic details and support seasonal apparel product creation.
• Participate in production meetings, review strike-offs, and advocate for workflow efficiencies.

3D Production Artist – Apparel Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Graphic design foundation with experience in 3D apparel tools (CLO strongly preferred).
• Proven self-starter with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication skills, and collaborative mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field encouraged but not required; familiarity with Smartsheet, Airtable, or Miro a plus.

Compensation: Up to $40/hr. (DOE)
