Role Description

This is a full‑time role for an Audio Visual Technician. The technician will be responsible for installation of AV technology projects while leading team members and ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. They will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external vendors to complete projects, delivering a state‑of‑the‑art AV system for our clients. You'll provide customer training on new systems and document the status of projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience installing audio visual technology projects
• Familiarity with Zoom and Microsoft Teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
• Experience with high‑end audio visual systems, video conferencing
• Experience diagnosing and troubleshooting technical and people related challenges
• OSHA 10/30
• CTS certification is a plus
