Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced COMMUNITY MANAGER – LEASE UP for our apartment community, The Oscar in Austin, TX!

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in management experience in property management or business
• Proven ability to manage community operations, maximize rental income, and minimize expenses through control and planning
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Experience with financials, budgets, and preparing monthly ownership reports
• Excellent marketing skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High energy and a professional demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
