Summary Statement
Resorts World Las Vegas is seeking a visionary Creative Director to lead the transformation of our brand experience. This role is at the helm of all creative concepting, design direction, and brand storytelling across every touchpoint. You will guide the creative team in producing world-class work that aligns with our brand standards while pushing boundaries to deliver bold, innovative campaigns.
Primary Job Duties
Includes but is not limited to:
- Lead the creative process from concept through completion across all marketing channels for all lines of business, including Hotel, Casino, Dining, Nightlife (Zouk Group), Retail, Spa, MICE, and other resort offerings.
- Translate marketing objectives into compelling creative strategies and integrated campaigns.
- Direct and mentor the creative team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Ensure all visual communication adheres to brand guidelines and elevates the Resorts World Las Vegas identity.
- Oversee pitches, proposals, and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners; manage timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Collaborate with leadership to present campaign strategies and creative solutions.
- Review and provide constructive feedback on creative work to maintain quality and consistency.
- Recruit, train, and develop creative talent within the team.
- Contribute hands‑on design work when necessary, including:
- Concept development for pitch meetings.
- Website microsites and digital assets.
- Ad mats for venues and resort-wide promotions.
- Outdoor advertising and publication ads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 4 years of proven art direction experience in an agency, in‑house creative team, or freelance capacity.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse, multi‑platform advertising campaigns and storytelling expertise.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Solid understanding of integrated marketing strategies and best practices for digital and social media.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
- Experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or related industry.
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certificates, Licenses, Regulations
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
