Clearwater’s Marketing & Communications team is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in layout, typography, color, and production. This role is ideal for someone with 3–7 years of experience who is passionate about bringing brand stories to life across digital and print touchpoints—and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.The Graphic Designer will support a wide range of marketing initiatives—from idea through execution—creating high-quality deliverables that align with our brand standards and engage our key audiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional Marketing team members (events, content, demand generation) as well as external partners to execute cohesive and impactful designs.**Responsibilities:** **Required Qualifications:**3–7 years of professional design experience in-house, at an agency, or in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint.Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to evolving needs. Experience working with brand guidelines and creating assets from scratch or using templates.
