StubHub, the world's leading ticket marketplace, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and innovative leader to join our team as Influencer Manager for StubHub in North America.
Location: Hybrid (3 days in office/2 days remote) – New York, NY or Santa Monica, CA
What You'll Do
- Develop and scale a measurable influencer strategy across sports, music, and entertainment that aligns with StubHub’s growth and brand objectives.
- Leverage an existing network of creators, talent managers, and agencies to bring top influencers into StubHub programs quickly and cost‑effectively, securing high‑impact collaborations through relationships, exclusives, and earned opportunities.
- Identify, source, and onboard creators – from emerging talent to marquee influencers – to drive cultural relevance, reach, and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the creator ecosystem, positioning StubHub as a preferred partner for influencers and their teams.
- Negotiate contracts, define deliverables, and manage campaign execution end‑to‑end, collaborating with legal, finance, and marketing partners to ensure smooth delivery.
- Integrate influencer content into broader StubHub campaigns and tentpole moments, partnering closely with Social, PR, Partnerships, Affiliate, and Acquisition teams.
- Track and optimize campaign performance through clear metrics (ROAS, CPM, CPC, engagement, conversions), working with analytics partners to set up UTM tracking and reporting frameworks.
- Monitor and analyze cultural trends and platform shifts to surface timely influencer opportunities tied to major events, viral moments, or emerging formats.
- Act as StubHub’s internal expert on the creator landscape, staying ahead of trends on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms to inform strategy and talent selection.
Who You Are
- You are aware of viral internet moments as they happen.

- A creator‑obsessed marketer with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape, internet culture, and live event fandoms.
- You love building systems but aren’t afraid to DM a creator and make magic happen fast.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally, juggling multiple campaigns, and communicating clearly with executives, partners, and creators alike.
- Data‑driven and outcomes‑oriented – you know how to translate campaign performance into business impact.
- 5–7 years in influencer marketing, talent management, or social strategy (experience in sports, music, fashion, or entertainment strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of developing and executing influencer campaigns that drove measurable business results.
- Deep fluency in performance metrics (ROAS, CPM, CPC, engagement rate) and paid/organic integrations.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing complex creator relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
- Bonus: Experience building influencer programs from 0→1 or scaling scrappy test programs into core growth engines.
- Portfolio Required: Showcase past influencer campaigns, including strategic approach, creator selection, content examples, and performance impact.

The anticipated gross base pay range for this role is $100,000 – $130,000 USD. Actual compensation will vary depending on factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience, and competencies. Base annual salary is one component of StubHub’s total compensation and competitive benefits package, which includes equity, 401(k), paid time off, paid parental leave, and comprehensive health benefits.
