Overview

We’re looking for a Motion Graphics Designer to help bring our clients’ brand identities to life through animation and motion design. This role focuses on extending visual systems into dynamic digital experiences—animated logos & type systems, product & conceptual storytelling, and more. The ideal candidate is a conceptual thinker with a strong eye for design, detail, and movement. You should be comfortable producing quick motion sketches and rough ideas during the early phases of projects to complement the design team as they evolve and grow brand identities. We value designers who can move fast and be experimental during ideation, while also bringing meticulous attention to detail during final execution.

Responsibilities

  • Design motion graphics and animation systems aligned with the brand ID.
  • Create prototypes and motion studies to explore animation styles, techniques and interactions.
  • Translate brand strategies into dynamic digital expressions, ensure that the motion and brand system complement each other.
  • Collaborate with our web design team and dev team throughout the creative process through to final delivery.
  • Manage production timelines and deliverables from concept to execution.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in motion design for brand/digital design studios.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in After Effects, Cinema 4D or other 3D tools, and rendering softwares (Octane, Redshift, V‑ray, Unreal, etc).
  • Proficiency in collaborative design in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; being autonomous when necessary.
  • Strong grasp of visual design principles and ability to animate design systems.
  • Ability to create reusable motion guidelines as part of identity systems.
  • Collaborative and organized, with excellent storytelling and presentation skills.

Nice to Haves

  • Experience with Rive, Cavalry, Lottie and/or Houdini.
