PR & Marketing Outreach Telemarketer – Donor Engagement & Sponsorship Development
Base pay range: $21.00/hr - $29.00/hr
Additional compensation: Commission

Through housing, educational support, therapeutic care, and life-skills training, we help young people build stability and independence. We’re expanding our reach and seeking a dynamic communicator who can help us build partnerships, inspire donors, and share our story of impact.
Overview
The PR & Marketing Outreach Telemarketer plays a vital role in strengthening Living Advantage, Inc.’s donor and sponsor network. This individual will conduct outreach to potential supporters, build meaningful relationships, and help drive funding for our mission. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct warm and outbound calls, emails, and outreach campaigns to engage potential donors, corporate sponsors, and community partners.
- Build and maintain relationships that encourage sustained giving and brand loyalty.
- Research and pursue new funding and sponsorship opportunities aligned with program goals.
- Collaborate with the PR/Marketing and Executive teams to create compelling donor pitches, proposals, and sponsorship packages.
- Support media relations and community outreach initiatives to increase visibility and donor engagement.
- Track donor communications, leads, and progress in CRM (Salesforce preferred).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5 years of professional experience in fundraising, sales, or partnership development.
- Strong verbal communication and listening skills; confident in outreach and public contact.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding goals.
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for youth development and commitment to community impact.
Preferred
- Experience in nonprofit fundraising, corporate giving, or sponsorship sales.
- Familiarity with donor cultivation, community partnerships, and media outreach.
