Responsibilities
- Manage proceedings as an independent arbiter of the record.
- Swear in witnesses and act as a Notary of the State.
- Generate a clear and complete recording of the proceeding using high‑fidelity audio technology.
- Create accurate and detailed annotations of case events and terminology to serve as a guide for subsequent transcription.
Requirements
- Obtain your own digital audio equipment.
- Be a state notary.
- Complete the quality development program.
