Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious digital marketer to join our SEO team. This is a great role for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys research, content, data, and problem-solving — and wants to grow into a true SEO specialist. You’ll help improve organic visibility for multiple websites, support content optimization, analyze performance, and learn the core skills of search marketing inside a fast-paced agency environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with keyword research to understand what people are searching for and where new opportunities exist.
  • Help optimize website content, titles, meta descriptions, and on-page elements to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Support link-building efforts and evaluate backlink quality.
  • Monitor website traffic and SEO performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
  • Review competitor strategies to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Help implement technical SEO recommendations, such as page speed improvements and structured data.
  • Collaborate with content, social, and account teams to ensure SEO is aligned with broader marketing efforts.
  • Create simple, clear reporting that highlights progress, wins, and areas for improvement.
  • Stay current on search trends, Google updates, and emerging digital tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in any digital marketing role or internship — SEO, content, social media, PPC, analytics, or similar.
  • Strong interest in specializing in SEO and learning more about organic search.
  • Basic familiarity with tools like Google Analytics or Google Search Console (or the ability to learn quickly).
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with data and translating insights into recommendations.
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-moving environment.
