Come be a part of the Apple Sports Group — one of the most exciting and fastest-growing areas at Apple. We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and entrepreneurial Marketing Lead to drive the end-to-end go-to-market marketing strategy for F1 on Apple TV. Lead comprehensive, season-long campaign planning — from launch to finale — driving marketing strategy and execution that build cultural relevance, maximize awareness, drive tune-in, and grow F1’s presence both inside and outside the Apple ecosystem. You will shape how F1 on Apple TV shows up for fans across multiple touchpoints — spanning league, driver, and creator partnerships, tentpole moments, and experiential activations that deliver meaningful marketing impact. Partner closely with cross-functional teams across Apple to deliver integrated, world‑class marketing that blends creativity with measurable business results. The ideal candidate is a marketing leader who connects storytelling to outcomes, inspires collaboration, and brings a deep understanding of the global sports and streaming landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Senior level oversight of go-to-market planning, strategy & campaign execution including positioning, budgeting, KPIs, targeting, cross-functional briefing and alignment across Apple paid & owned channels and league partners.
  • Partner with creative teams to deliver breakthrough campaigns and creative assets throughout the season.
  • Execute high-impact activations across on-the-ground, digital, and social channels.
  • Work across the Apple ecosystem to drive cross-platform promotion and tune-in across Apple Services.
  • Provide & present timely updates to Apple cross-functional teams and senior leadership on campaign status, key learnings, and performance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant sports marketing experience in consulting and/or consumer marketing across media and entertainment.
  • Experience in launching and leading full funnel integrated marketing campaigns, in partnership with multiple external and internal partners.
  • Proven experience developing consumer-first marketing strategies, connecting storytelling to business results, primarily focused on consumer engagement and retention, and increasing brand awareness.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities with exceptional attention to detail; successful track record delivering results and exceeding expectations on time.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience crafting Keynote presentations for senior leadership; ability to quickly translate complex issues into a coherent narrative that prompts collaboration, alignment, and action.
  • Experience collaborating with league partners in joint campaigns, creative & approvals.

  • Passion for and knowledge of the global sports industry & consumer trends.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $139,800 and $260,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
