This is a 12‑month, full‑time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Cupertino, CA.

Visual Design Producer

Summary

This role supports a high‑performing design production team responsible for delivering world‑class visual and interactive experiences. The Visual Design Producer will help drive execution across multiple creative projects, partnering with designers and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑quality work that elevates user experience across a global audience.

Our Ideal Candidate

• 5-7 years of experience as a producer within a creative agency, in‑house creative team, or production environment
• Passion for design and creative production with a strong foundation in visual design, art direction, branding, and interactive work
• Proficient in managing creative workflows, timelines, resourcing, and vendor coordination
• Familiar with production methodologies, design pipelines, and cross‑functional collaboration processes
• Skilled in partnering with creative, engineering, product, and marketing teams
• Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder needs
• Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail
• Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving ability and a positive, solutions‑oriented mindset

Job Description

In this role, you will manage and support the end‑to‑end production process for a wide range of design projects. You'll partner with designers, producers, and cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are scoped, resourced, scheduled, and executed efficiently and effectively. This includes vetting incoming requests, estimating timelines, developing workflows, coordinating reviews, communicating status updates, and supporting onboarding and management of external vendors.

You will also contribute to building best practices for project intake, workflow management, and closing processes, supporting the broader team's operational excellence and creative output.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Background in creative production, design, digital media, UX, or visual communications
• Experience working within a technical or product‑driven environment is a plus

Additional Requirements

This opportunity is located in Cupertino, CA and requires hybrid on‑site work.

The pay for this W‑2 position is $108.20 per hour.

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length‑of‑service and hours requirements.
