The Experiential Designer, Visual Design at Intuit Futures group is a senior role within the Design innovation studio team, responsible for researching, testing and gathering technical and user insights for emerging technologies, experiences and new products that are driven by new AI capabilities. This position requires a highly creative individual who can inspire design teams, push the boundaries of design, and engage in provocative collaborations across disciplines. The designer will lead projects from conception to execution, ensuring that the work aligns with Futures group forward-looking mission and elevates the storytelling of emerging technologies, experiences and products. Expected Base Pay Range: New York: $160,000–216,500 Bay Area: $157,000–212,500 This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. Responsibilities Demonstrate advanced expertise in branding and marketing principles, guiding and educating teams on strategies, methods, and techniques. Craft clear and comprehensive project briefs and strategy plans, translating research and market trends into actionable plans. Create visually stunning and compelling design systems that meet business objectives across various mediums. Educate and communicate the proper use of design assets across various platforms, pushing boundaries through effective visual design. Work collaboratively with cross-disciplinary design teams to build systemic storytelling assets. Lead small to medium-sized projects and contribute to larger projects. Deliver work that pushes the experience to be more creatively proactive and encourages debate around the work. Qualifications Extensive experience in branding and marketing design. Strong ability to make confident design decisions and engage with stakeholders persuasively. Excellent organizational skills to prioritize workloads effectively. Proficiency in creating systematic solutions and frameworks for design projects. Ability to inspire and excite team members, fostering a collaborative environment. Experience with designing for AI-driven technologies. Familiarity with creating interactive demos in event spaces.
