$30.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Hybrid: 2 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote in a Week
Location: Charlotte, North Carolina (28202)
Job Description
- Support the writing and update of material, documentation, and procedures for System Operations initiative.
- Acquire assignments from supervisor.
- Review current procedures with respect to updates in roles, responsibilities, and general formatting of documentation.
- Meet with SMEs to update and route procedures for review and approval. Review materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, content.
- Maintain awareness and communicate progress of procedural updates and approvals.
- Generate tracking and report of progress. Organize work processes that are in review, out for approval and published.
- May maintain records and files of work and revisions. Experience with Word, SharePoint and basic task tracking.
