Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related communication with clients and partners.

Prepare, update, and distribute service announcements, project briefs, and internal communication materials.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of updates, reports, and feedback.

Maintain detailed records of client requests, service changes, and communication logs.

Identify communication gaps and propose improved strategies to enhance service quality.

Support daily administrative tasks related to client communication and service operations.

Ensure brand consistency across all written materials and client interactions.
